海底撈(06862.HK):新消費需求推動餐飲業變革 冀提升顧客體驗
據《中新經緯》報道,海底撈(06862.HK)執行董事、首席戰略官周兆呈表示,內地當前新的消費需求正在推動餐飲行業變革,在消費升級的大背景下,新餐飲將朝著審美、品牌、消費體驗、產品等全面升級的方向發展。
在「年輕化」及「個性化」方面,海底撈不斷進行嘗試,包括推出創意性菜品、智慧餐廳等。據周兆呈介紹,截至2021年上半年,海底撈已先後新建和改造超過一百家新技術餐廳,智能菜品倉庫、自動配鍋機、中央廚房直配成品菜等設備和技術。他表示,希望通過新技術的研發與應用,實現強化食品安全、提升顧客體驗、降本增效的三大目標。
