中信出版(300788.SZ)：擬以9000萬元投資華普億方
格隆匯12月28日丨中信出版(300788.SZ)公佈，公司擬與長三角(嘉興)戰略新興產業投資合夥企業(有限合夥)(“長三角產投合夥企業”)、中信建投投資有限公司(“中信建投投資”)共同出資人民幣1.5億元向北京華普億方教育科技股份有限公司(“華普億方”或“標的公司”)進行投資，其中；公司擬以自有資金出資9000萬元認購標的公司新增註冊資本和受讓實際控制人(“實控人”)股份，合計261.4796萬股；長三角產投合夥企業出資3000萬元認購標的公司新增註冊資本和受讓實控人股份，合計87.1599萬股；中信建投投資出資3000萬元認購標的公司新增註冊資本和受讓實控人股份，合計87.1598萬股。
交易完成後，公司將持有標的公司8.57%的股份、長三角產投合夥企業將持有標的公司2.86%的股份、中信建投投資將持有標的公司2.86%的股份，公司與長三角產投合夥企業、中信建投投資合計持有標的公司14.29%的股份。
華普億方成立於2005年，成立至今一直深耕於創業、就業培訓與服務領域，其以自主研發的41項實訓軟件為驅動，提升學員體驗感,提高知識轉化效率；以獨創的創業大學為載體，為創業、就業者提供“創新、創業、創造”三創平台，形成集“培訓實訓、孵化運營、賽事活動、資源對接”為一體的完整三創服務體系，發展至今，已在全國佈局99家創業大學，每年培訓學員達20萬，是國內創業培訓與服務領域的領跑者。
標的公司從事創業、就業、職業技能培訓，屬於職業培訓領域，為國家政策大力支持行業，行業前景廣闊。標的公司主營業務成熟穩健，基於業內領先的實訓軟件，每年為全國20萬大學生提供創就業培訓與服務，是該領域的行業領跑者。同時，結合雙方發展規劃，公司計劃藉助標的公司渠道開拓大學生客羣，提供創業輔助書籍、在線知識服務、職業培訓、企業/鄉村自播人才孵化和助力鄉村振興等方面開展業務合作，此項投資對公司具有戰略意義。
