《全日總結》恆指升56點 內房股揚 開拓藥業挫七成

美國信用卡公司指美聖誕節假季銷售理想，道指升351點或1%。港股隨外圍高開後表現反覆。恆指高開58點，早段曾升95點一度高見23,319點，其後曾倒跌124點一度低見23,099點，最終全日升56點或0.25%，收23,280點；國指跌7點或0.09%，收8,194點；恆生科技指數跌49點或0.89%，收5,569點。大市全日成交總額997.41億元，滬港通南下交易淨流入6.58億元人民幣，深港通南下交易淨流出4.67億元人民幣。
騰訊(00700.HK)限制未成年玩家元旦假期每晚「打機」最多1小時，該股跌2.1%報450.4元，雷軍表示小米(01810.HK)新手機將以蘋果公司作對手，股價升0.8%報18.78元。其他科技股方面，美團(03690.HK)跌1.2%報223.4元，阿裏巴巴(09988.HK)升0.4%報113.5元，京東(09618.HK)跌0.2%，百度(09888.HK)及網易(09999.HK)各升0.4%及0.6%。
明源雲(00909.HK)及汽車之家(02518.HK)各跌6.5%及5.2%，快手(01024.HK)跌4%報72.5元，阿裏健康(00241.HK)及嗶哩嗶哩(09626.HK)各跌2.1%及2.6%，中軟(00354.HK)及雲音樂(09899.HK)各反彈4.4%及7.3%。手機相關股富智康(02038.HK)升4.7%，舜宇(02382.HK)則跌3.7%。
中國恆大(03333.HK)許家印稱確保12月交樓3.9萬套，中國恆大升9.5%報1.62元。同系恆大物業(06666.HK)升2.3%，恆大汽車(00708.HK)升17.2%。其餘內房股造好，融創(01918.HK)升7%，旭輝(00884.HK)、世茂(00813.HK)及遠洋(03377.HK)各升4.8%至5.8%。本港商場聖誕節期間人流大幅增長，新樓盤銷情理想，
本地地產股造好，恆隆地產(00101.HK)升4.1%，長實集團(01113.HK)、九倉置業(01997.HK)、新世界(00017.HK)及信置(00083.HK)各升2.4%至3.5%。
電力股回吐，潤電(00836.HK)、華電國際(01071.HK)及大唐發電(00991.HK)各跌6.8%至8.2%，華能國電(00902.HK)跌8.8%。環保電力股龍源(00916.HK)及金風(02208.HK)各跌3%及2.8%，保利協鑫(03800.HK)則升7.2%。內地負面清單準入取消乘用車製造外資股比限制，內地自土品牌汽車股吉利(00175.HK)及北汽(01958.HK)各跌3.9%及4.4%。
醫藥股方面，開拓藥業(09939.HK)治療新冠非住院患者試驗未達統計學顯着性，股價挫70.4%報13.4元。中國中藥(00570.HK)升15.9%，該股獲大摩唱好。信達生物(01801.HK)跌6.5%。
其餘藍籌方面，匯控(00005.HK)升0.3%報46.6元，港交所(00388.HK)及友邦(01299.HK)各升0.5%及0.8%。
