格隆匯12月28日丨深圳控股(00604.HK)公佈,2021年11月份集團未經審計合同銷售額約為人民幣8.73億元,較上個月下降84.2%,較去年同期下降3.5%,合同銷售面積約42,119平方米,較上個月下降30.6%,較去年同期下降28.3%。
2021年1-11月,集團未經審計總合同銷售額約人民幣152.87億元,較去年同期上升30.9%,總合同銷售面積約522,388平方米,較去年同期上升9.7%,每平方米平均售價約為人民幣29,264元。
