港股異動丨內房股走強 央行提出維護住房消費者合法權益 更好滿足購房者合理住房需求
格隆匯12月28日丨內房股走強,中國恆大漲6.76%領漲,融創中國和恆隆地產漲逾4%。中國人民銀行貨幣政策委員會2021年第四季度(總第95次)例會於12月24日在北京召開。會議指出,維護住房消費者合法權益,更好滿足購房者合理住房需求,促進房地產市場健康發展和良性循環。西部證券研報稱,海外發達經濟體經驗證明,房地產行業在經濟中仍扮演重要角色。十四五規模提到我國要發展城市羣與經濟圈,表明中國房地產進入下半場但其健康發展意義仍然重大。在“房住不炒”的大政方針下,人民銀行首先的政策抓手在於要求銀行滿足合理的購房需求,經過年中低迷後,近兩個月居民中長期貸款有所回升。此外,在房地產行業的投資端,保障性租賃房建設有望加速。
