天和防務(300397.SZ)：積極應對新型冠狀病毒肺炎疫情
格隆匯12月27日丨天和防務(300397.SZ)公佈，西安市新冠肺炎疫情防控指揮部於2021年12月22日晚發佈了《關於進一步加強疫情防控工作的通吿》，要求“全市小區(村)、單位實行封閉式管理”。根據上述通吿，公司積極響應政府防疫政策，自文件發佈起公司位於西安市的下屬公司及生產廠區自覺服從大局，按文件精神嚴格落實各項防控舉措和工作要求，全力配合西安防疫工作，堅決阻斷病毒的擴散蔓延，堅決打贏疫情防控阻擊戰。
鑑於目前西安疫情防控的嚴峻性、複雜性以及後續疫情發展的不確定性，對公司生產經營帶來一定的不利影響，按照西安市疫情防控政策要求，西安市已進行封閉式管理，管控的升級對公司的科研生產、物料採購、外協配套、商務活動、人員辦公、產品交付以及服務維護、項目招標和回款等經營活動都產生了較大的影響，同時公司募投項目及重點項目建設目前也因相關防疫管控政策處於暫時停工狀態，預計本次疫情可能會對公司近期業務及下一年度生產、經營情況造成一定程度的影響。公司管理層已積極制定預案，保證公司主要業務和基本面穩定持續發展，具體影響目前公司無法準確預估，實際影響程度以公司對外公佈的財務報吿為準。
公司將認真貫徹國家和地方政府關於疫情防控的決策部署，在確保防控責任和防控舉措全覆蓋的前提下，多舉措統籌打好疫情防控和科研生產“雙線戰役”，努力降低疫情對公司生產經營的不利影響，確保公司總體平穩有序。
1.嚴格落實疫情防控措施，防範疫情風險，公司高度重視、迅速行動，召開專題會議，成立公司級預防及應急處理專項小組，制定預防方案、措施，積極宣傳、引導，嚴格人員管理、門衞管理、個人防護管理、衞生消毒管理等，確保防疫工作落實到位；
2.在響應國家號召、做好疫情防控的同時，按照小區(村)不同疫情狀況，採取公司辦公和居家辦公兩種途徑，最大化減小人員工作影響，最大限度地確保重點軍品科研項目和生產交付任務按預案有序推進，儘可能降低影響；
3.在嚴格遵守疫情防控要求的前提下，提前做好全面復工準備工作，爭取在疫情防控解除後及時復工，儘可能爭取時間，減少損失；
4.有序調度西安及其他子公司生產產能，有針對性的將公司重點業務5G環形器、隔離器部分產能轉移至公司深圳子公司，確保生產及產品交付工作的有序開展；
5.制定預案，爭取全面復工後，公司重點業務5G射頻產品線形成產能能力提升、子公司西安天和嘉膜工業材料有限責任公司生產能力盡快形成投產，努力爭取公司下一年度各項經營業務穩健發展；
6.保持與客户、供應商、外協配套廠家等的及時的信息溝通，最大化降低疫情及防控措施對公司經營的影響。
