深圳光明藍鯨世界亮相 龍光集團(03380.HK)以全新商業IP推動新消費場景再升級
以全新的商業IP開啟個性化的新消費場景，拓展商業價值與延伸力，龍光集團(03380.HK)都市型商業中心品牌“藍鯨世界”正式亮相。
12月22日，深圳光明藍鯨世界盛大開業。作為龍光全新商業理念的旗艦力作，光明藍鯨世界定位為“城市美感生活中心”，用“親近大自然”的全新美學空間，全面探索“IP+場景”的深度運營新思路。
五大主題解鎖IP 創新場景消費新體驗
龍光集團高層在致辭中表示，龍光商業作為集團旗下負責商業地產開發及運營管理的業務板塊，始終保持對城市生活品質升級的探索熱情，順應行業發展趨勢，尋求新的突破，在全國範圍內構築全新產品線：都市型商業中心“藍鯨世界”以及區域型商業中心“藍鯨天地”。
藍鯨又名“鯤”，“藍鯨世界”IP是從《逍遙遊》中“鯤”的原型引發創想，以“鯤鵬之志”代指龍光商業始終“為美好生活創想”。藍鯨世界聚焦“Wonderland奇境、Happiness歡樂、Abundant豐富、Link連接、Explore探索”五大主題基因，從建築美學和場景迭代角度，延展城市多元生活場景，連接全維度的客羣需求，為消費者帶來城市美學、奇境空間、沉浸式消費、藝術遊園等全方位的“鯨喜”體驗。
在建築外觀上，藍鯨世界以藍鯨為概念，打造有力量感和有辨識度的建築外形，形成獨有的記憶標識。在場景創新上，光明藍鯨世界重磅推出1000平方米的海洋主題科普館，這也是國內首個購物中心內的海洋主題科普館。中影泰得打造全國首家海洋主題中影泰得影城。
超220家知名品牌進駐 打造都市商業新標杆
光明藍鯨世界用獨特的IP語言與消費者自然互動，吸引眾多知名商家紛紛入駐。目前，項目聚集了天虹sp@ce超市、中影泰得影城、覔書店、夢氏健身等超過220家優秀品牌，其中30%為首進光明，60%為新形象店，30%為網紅流量品牌。
天虹超市總經理王濤表示，龍光是一個為生活方式創新和為城市發展賦能的踐行者，藍鯨世界在體驗升級、經營模式上創新與天虹不謀而合。此次天虹sp@ce超市首進光明，攜手龍光打造城市級地標商業。
據悉，龍光商業以“藍鯨世界”和“藍鯨天地”雙線並舉，在全國多個核心和高速發展城市落地。其中，藍鯨世界還將在上海、南寧、温州等城市陸續面市，持續打造極具IP辨識度的都市型商業新標杆。
