格隆匯12月22日丨日出東方(603366.SH)公佈,為盤活公司資產,同時配合連雲港經濟技術開發區整體發展戰略的實施,經雙方友好協商,公司全資子公司江蘇四季沐歌有限公司(“江蘇四季沐歌”)位於新東方大道以北、開太河以東的266665.1平方米國有土地使用權,擬由連雲港經濟技術開發區管委會收回,由連雲港經濟技術開發區管委會退還江蘇四季沐歌實際支付的土地出讓金3466.66萬元。
