大全能源(688303.SH)：擬投建高純多晶硅及半導體多晶硅項目、高純工業硅及有機硅項目
格隆匯12月20日丨大全能源(688303.SH)公佈，2021年12月18日，公司與包頭市人民政府簽訂《包頭市人民政府、新疆大全新能源股份有限公司戰略合作框架協議書》，約定公司擬投資332.5億元人民幣在包頭市投資建設30萬噸/年高純工業硅項目+20萬噸/年有機硅項目+20萬噸/年高純多晶硅項目+2.1萬噸/年半導體多晶硅項目(“該項目”)，該項目按照“整體規劃、分期實施”的方式建設，其中一期項目(一期項目建設10萬噸/年高純多晶硅+1000噸/年半導體多晶硅)預計總投資85.5億元人民幣，預計在2022年一季度開工建設，並於2023年二季度建成投產。二期項目將根據市場需求情況推進。
2021年12月18日，公司與包頭市九原區人民政府基於前述《戰略合作框架協議》簽訂《包頭市九原區人民政府、新疆大全新能源股份有限公司項目投資協議書》，約定《戰略合作框架協議》項下20萬噸/年高純多晶硅項目和2.1萬噸/年半導體多晶硅項目(簡稱“高純多晶硅及半導體多晶硅項目”)在內蒙古包頭市九原工業園區投資建設，預計總投資金額為242.5億元人民幣，分兩期建成，其中一期項目(一期項目建設10萬噸/年高純多晶硅+1000噸/年半導體多晶硅)預計投資金額約為85.5億元人民幣，預計在2022年一季度開工建設，並於2023年二季度建成投產；二期項目將根據市場需求狀況推進。
2021年12月18日，公司與包頭市固陽縣人民政府基於前述《戰略合作框架協議》簽訂《新疆大全新能源股份有限公司高純工業硅和有機硅項目投資意向書》，約定《戰略合作框架協議》項下30萬噸/年高純工業硅項目和20萬噸/年有機硅項目(簡稱“高純工業硅及有機硅項目”)在包頭市固陽縣轄區內的“包頭金山工業園區”投資建設，項目預計總投資90億元人民幣。
