工信部促擴大稀土應用範圍 上下游產業協同發展
工業和信息化部原材料工業司副司長常國武出席論壇期間表示,要堅持系統思維,增強稀土產品供給保障能力。適度有序投放稀土探礦權和採礦權,加大勘察力度,統籌利用國內、國外兩種資源,進一步完善稀土總量控制指標管理。
常國武稱,內地稀土資源豐富,產業體系完整,是世界上最大的稀土生產、應用和貿易國,但在稀土資源綠色開發、關鍵技術創新、高端產品應用等方面還存在不足,距離稀土強國還有一定差距。全行業和各企業要共同努力,確保稀土產品價格穩定在合理區間,不斷擴大稀土應用範圍,促進上下游產業協同發展。
