《大行報告》大摩下調中聯重科(01157.HK)目標價至7元 評級「增持」
摩根士丹利發表報告表示,由於內地房地產市場需求疲弱且車隊規模已經很大,預期工程機械的弱勢將持續到明年,更認爲海外市場強勁業務對中聯重科(01157.HK)盈利僅有輕微帶動作用,故將其2021至2023年度盈利預測分別下調14%、38%及20%,目標價相應由11元降至7元。
該行補充,長線而言,對中聯重科新業務於市場佔有率潛在增長維持正面看法,加上H股現價相當於2022年度預測市盈率7倍,相對於同業之13倍屬吸引水平,故維持「增持」評級。
