據報港交所(00388.HK)冀首批SPAC涉5隻
港交所(00388.HK)新特殊目的收購公司(SPAC)上市機制明年1月生效,《星島日報》引述消息報道,交易所期望在明年首季末(約3至4月份)有首隻SPAC面世,另料首批SPAC數量或約5隻。
消息指出,與新加坡首批SPAC全為「國家隊」打頭陣不同,港交所為SPAC鬆綁後,本港首批SPAC發起人背景或更多元化,據悉,有的是國企背景,有的是已擁有SPAC經驗的投行,有的更是家族辦公室。惟目前尚處於非常初步的階段,暫未真正落實,具體方案仍有變數。
