喜悅智行(301198.SZ):擬使用不超1億元閒置自有資金進行現金管理
格隆匯12月19日丨喜悅智行(301198.SZ)公佈,公司於2021年12月18日召開的第二屆董事會第十六次會議、第二屆監事會第九次審議通過《關於使用部分自有資金進行現金管理的議案》,同意公司在不影響正常經營和保證資金安全的情況下,使用不超過人民幣1億元的閒置自有資金進行現金管理,期限爲自本次董事會審議通過之日起12個月內。
在上述使用期限及額度範圍內,資金可循環滾動使用,並授權管理層簽署相關合同文件,具體事項由公司財務部組織實施。
