盛鬆成:建議儘快實施較爲寬鬆的宏觀經濟政策
格隆匯12月18日丨據證券時報,上海財經大學高等研究院《中國宏觀經濟形勢分析與預測年度報告(2021-2022)》發佈會上,上海財經大學教授、中國人民銀行調查統計司原司長盛鬆成就宏觀經濟發展形勢作主旨演講。
他表示,剛剛召開的中央經濟工作會議指出,我國經濟發展面臨需求收縮、供給衝擊、預期轉弱三重壓力。我國經濟下行壓力是從今年下半年逐漸顯現的。疫情二次反彈出乎大多數人的預料,拖累了需求端復甦進程。上半年各項經濟數據較好,掩蓋了我國內需不足、經濟復甦基礎不牢固的深層次矛盾,而政策調整和推動改革的步伐較快,供給端也受到一定衝擊。
他提出,我國需儘快實行較爲寬鬆的宏觀經濟政策。目前國內經濟下行壓力較大,疊加今年上半年較高的基數效應,明年上半年穩增長的壓力不小。
