喆麗控股(02209.HK)前11個月收益減少約3.5% YesStyle忠誠計劃會員總數達620萬名
格隆匯12月17日丨喆麗控股(02209.HK)公吿，公司預計截至2021年11月30日止11個月錄得未經審核收益約1.51億美元，同比減少約3.5%。集團於有關期間的淨虧損及經調整純利（就上市開支作調整之後）分別約為160萬美元及100,000美元，而於上個期間則分別為純利1130萬美元及經調整純利（就上市開支及政府補貼收入作調整之後）990萬美元。
期間經調整純利較上個期間減少的主要原因如下：(i) 向全球客户交付產品的物流成本增加約200萬美元，因(a)油價上升引致燃油附加費增加及(b)市場上因為港口擠塞而將海運轉為空運的貨運量增多，速遞公司自2021年第三季度起實施延長其他類型附加費的更長期間，令集團承擔額外物流成本以確保訂單能及時付運予客户；及(ii) 為預期未來業務擴張而主要在2021年下半年增加經營開支。
為應對2021年第三季度以來不斷演化的商業環境及不斷加劇的行業競爭，集團不斷評估其商業策略、營銷措施及物流安排，以減輕對其業務及財務表現的負面影響。集團採取的措施包括加快推出YesStyle網站的新語言版本以拓展海外市場滲透率，於2021年10月推出客户關係管理系統以提高客户忠誠度，與不同的物流供應商合作為客户提供更多的運輸選擇，以及採取積極的成本控制措施以減少營運開支的增加。儘管集團已作出努力，但根據集團截至2021年11月30日止11個月的未經審核綜合管理帳目，董事認為，由於上述原因，集團的財務業績已受到重大不利影響。
然而，於2021年11月30日，集團財務狀況仍然穩健，銀行存款以及銀行及現金結餘約為3940萬美元，且並無未償還借貸。基於下列理由，集團管理層對集團的未來經營及前景仍然抱持樂觀態度。
儘管面臨各種挑戰，但預計疫後買方長遠由網下轉向網上平台的購物行為將不會逆轉，時裝及美容產品的網上零售的上升趨勢將會在日後重臨及持續。在集團努力營銷下，集團繼續為YesStyle.com Limited穩定地招募新會員。於2021年前11個月，新註冊會員達到210萬名，YesStyle忠誠計劃的會員總數達到2021年11月30日的620萬名。
