首程控股(00697.HK)攜手國家隊 重點投資新材料、智能製造產業
格隆匯12月17日丨首程控股(00697.HK)公吿，於2021年12月17日，首元新能作為普通合夥人及執行事務合夥人，及首源投資作為有限合夥人，與首鋼基金、國家制造業轉型基金、天津創吉、首鋼股份及首新萬泰，各自作為有限合夥人，簽訂合夥協議，以有限合夥的形式成立合夥企業。
合夥企業的認繳出資總額為人民幣16.16億元，其中首元新能及首源投資的累計認繳出資額為人民幣2.135億元。
合夥企業的目的是根據合夥協議的條款，通過投資行為及從事與投資相關的活動，實現合夥企業的資本增值，為合夥人創造滿意的投資回報。合夥企業將重點投資於金屬新材料產業及相關領域的龍頭企業。
經濟轉型往往為國家發展帶來巨大機遇，科技板塊的長期佈局有望成為本輪經濟週期上行的重要力量。碳中和目標的提出，將進一步促進新能源、新材料等領域的發展，積極推動國家向低碳產業鏈的轉變，為技術創新投資的發展創造有利環境。
集團聚焦於停車出行業務及基礎設施不動產基金領域，新材料作為產業鏈上游，是科技出行、智慧城市生態鏈的基礎，其中科技出行行業的碳中和發展也將倚重新材料的發展和應用。
合夥企業將重點圍繞新材料領域的優質企業進行投資，在低碳科技出行大背景下，新材料的快速迭代直接帶動了電動汽車、新能源、儲能以及智能汽車等相關出行領域的發展，本集團在前期股權投資中已重點佈局了顯示材料、汽車行業以及泛智能製造等領域，為投資新材料領域、開拓停車出行多元化業務提供了豐富的應用場景。
公司亦已鍛鍊一隻以新材料、智能製造作為主要投資方向的股權投資團隊，往期投資了理想汽車項目、八億時空等優質項目，經驗豐富、能力突出。此外，管理人首元新能是集團旗下專注於包括新材料在內投資領域的主力，正逐步發展成為專業的股權投資基金管理人。
本次設立合夥企業，是響應經濟週期拐點配置股權投資的順勢為，是聚焦重點行業、深度挖掘投資機會的重要舉措，是集團"守正用奇、生態孵化"理念的鑑定落實，體現了重要股東對集團轉型的大力支持及對本集團未來發展的信心，不僅增加了集團基金管理規模，促使本集團累計基金管理經驗，而且有利於引入各合作伙伴戰略資源，開拓多元化的停車出行業務產品，促進兩大業務板塊間的協同發展，以期為公司及股東帶來更好的投資回報。
