太極實業(600667.SH):子公司擬將不超9000萬美元的應收賬款轉讓給建行無錫分行
格隆匯12月17日丨太極實業(600667.SH)公佈,公司子公司海太半導體(無錫)有限公司(“海太半導體”)擬將業務經營中形成的不超過9000萬美元的應收賬款轉讓給中國建設銀行股份有限公司無錫分行(“建行無錫分行”)。
該應收賬款為海太半導體2021年11月全部、12月部分預計形成的對SK海力士株式會社(“SK海力士”)的應收賬款,建行無錫分行支付海太半導體應收賬款的對價不超過9000萬美元,海太半導體向建行無錫分行支付買斷費,買斷費總額預計3.68萬美元左右。
