政府公開招標出售青衣用地作物流服務用途
政府公佈,公開招標出售位於新界青衣青衣路與青衣航運路交界的青衣市地段第200號用地作物流服務用途,明年3月31日截標。
政府指,一直積極物色合適土地以支持現代物流業發展。正如《行政長官2021年施政報告附篇》中公佈,政府已就兩幅港口後勤用地完成可行性研究,並會由今年起以公開招標形式分階段出售該兩幅用地,當中包括是次出售的青衣市地段第200號用地。
青衣市地段第200號的地盤面積約爲6.27公頃,指定作物流服務用途。其最高的樓面總面積爲20.62萬平方米,以發展多層港口後勤兼現代物流設施,以及提供不少於2,200個20尺標準貨櫃的貯存空間,以達致一地多用。
運輸及房屋局發言人表示,物流業是香港經濟非常重要的一環,爲香港的社會貢獻良多。爲持續推動現代物流業的發展,政府會繼續物色更多合適用地,以發展多層現代物流設施,從而鞏固香港作爲區域物流樞紐的地位。
