國家財政部:已提前開始佈置地方報送明年專項債券項目資金需求
國家財政部副部長許宏纔在例行吹風會上表示,9月份開始佈置地方報送明年專項債券項目資金需求,佈置時間儘可能往前提,儘可能爲地方預留充足的時間,更早、更好地去做項目儲備工作。同時已明確2022年專項債券重點投向和負面清單,細化專項債券使用要求。
對於是否用中央債務來置換地方債務,許宏才表示不是一個簡單的事,要審慎研究。目前沒有這樣的安排,就是要把地方政府債務風險堅決防範好、化解掉。(ta/s) ~
