中國春來(01969.HK):天平學院擬收購南京土地開發新院校
格隆匯12月17日丨中國春來(01969.HK)發佈公吿,2021年12月15日,天平學院與賣方訂立資產轉讓協議,據此,天平學院將向賣方收購目標土地的土地使用權,以作教育用途及興建和開發一所新院校。新學校暫稱之為“南京學校”。
目標土地位於高職園寧高新通道以東及緯二路北側,其土地使用權所涉及總面積為31.57萬平方米。應就目標土地授出的土地使用權年期為50年,作教育用途。資產轉讓協議項下目標土地的土地使用權代價為人民幣1.80億元。
董事會相信,位於江蘇省南京市的目標土地可配合天平學院的位置,將會帶來協同效益。公司有意在目標土地上為南京學校興建一所新院校,且認為目標土地的充足容量將為南京學校的未來發展提供良好基礎。
