水發興業能源(00750.HK)與中國電力將在光伏、風電、智慧綜合能源及節能低碳建設等多個領域展開合作
格隆匯12月16日丨水發興業能源(00750.HK)宣佈，於2021年12月16日，公司與中國電力國際發展有限公司("中國電力"，連同其附屬公司統稱"中國電力集團"))訂立戰略合作協議，據此，公司與中國電力將在光伏、風電、智慧綜合能源及節能低碳建設等多個領域展開合作。潛在合作項目預計將達到5吉瓦的裝機容量。
根據戰略合作協議，公司與中國電力達成以下共識：
1. 合作開發全國區域內的基地型風電及光伏發電站項目雙方將在全國範圍內合作開展風電、光伏等大型基地項目的開發建設。中國電力將適時安排其相關附屬公司於不同地方進行項目對接。
2. 合作開發分佈式光伏及綜合智慧能源項目，促進新能源領域的可持續發展雙方將充分發揮彼此在新能源技術及綜合能源利用方面的專業和技術優勢，以粵港澳大灣區為主，輻射全國共同開發分佈式光伏電站、光伏儲能電站及源網荷儲充一體化項目。雙方將以風、光、氫、儲、充等多種形式深化源網荷儲一體化發展和清潔能源綜合利用。雙方將以湖南郴州忠和村400兆瓦光伏項目為試點，因地制宜推進"光伏+"產業模式，助力鄉村振興。
3. 奉行"低碳賦能美好生活"理念，合作低碳及零碳建築和社區建設，提升企業綠色競爭力雙方將利用各自的專業優勢及政府資源，深入合作開發，參與低碳建築、低碳社的能源系統改造，提高建築、社區的能源綜合利用效率，並選擇重點區域進行規模化推廣。
4. 優先採購具競爭力的產品及服務，促進雙方互利共贏雙方將積極推進風電、光伏、儲能、能源服務等領域的合作。在符合相關法律法規及招標程序的前提下，中國電力集團將在同等條件下優先採購集團提供的風電及光伏設備以及新能源設計與施工服務；集團亦將在同等條件下，優先向中國電力集團採購包括儲能、氫能、替換重型卡車在內的能源設備。雙方將進一步探索基於項目合資開發的商業模式，共同開發節能環保、具經濟效益的綠色能源項目。
董事認為，訂立戰略合作協議將讓公司及中國電力能夠運用彼等各自的優勢，實現對集團業務發展有利的合作共贏。
訂立戰略合作協議將可全面貫切落實中國國務院所頒佈的《關於完整準確全面貫徹新發展理念做好碳達峯碳中和工作的意見》。根據潛在合作，訂約方預期將加快適應國家能源轉型、綠色發展、碳達峯及碳中和的要求。透過創新技術及業務模式，潛在合作將可推動合作區域內的能源生產和消費向更加清潔、低碳、安全、智觸的方向發展。
