中電興發(002298.SZ)：與康佳集團簽署戰略合作協議
格隆匯12月16日丨中電興發(002298.SZ)公佈，公司是領先的智慧中國核心技術、產品與全面解決方案的供應商、運營服務商；作為公司長期的戰略性投資人，康佳集團不僅在資本層面與公司合作，還將在客户資源、市場機會、業務開拓等方面對公司進行全方位支持及賦能，雙方將在智慧城市、智慧園區、大數據中心建設、物聯網應用等政企及家庭數字化轉型升級方面開展全方位、多領域的深度合作，充分實現雙方品牌、市場、資源、技術、運營等優勢的互補協同，共同打造雙方數字化業務發展新高度。根據公司發展戰略，本着“平等、長期穩定合作、共同發展、優勢互補、誠實守信、市場化”的原則，雙方於近日簽署了《康佳集團股份有限公司與安徽中電興發與鑫龍科技股份有限公司戰略合作協議》。
甲方：康佳集團股份有限公司，乙方：安徽中電興發與鑫龍科技股份有限公司，主要合作內容如下：
1、甲方及其控股子公司在全國各地投資有產業型園區，園區在進行智慧化、信息化建設中所需的產品和服務若屬於中電興發業務範疇的，在同等條件下優先選擇中電興發的產品和技術服務。
2、甲方在不違反相關法律法規和甲方內部管理規定的前提下，幫助乙方合法進入其相應體系的供應商名錄，在同等條件下優先選擇中電興發的產品和技術服務。乙方也應將甲方納入其供應商名單，在同等條件下優先選擇康佳的產品和服務。
3、甲方及其控股子公司向乙方引薦其在全國的政企客户資源，促成乙方在智慧城市、雪亮工程、智慧園區、大數據中心建設、物聯網應用等領域的業務落地。
4、乙方在智慧城市、雪亮工程、智慧園區、大數據中心建設、物聯網應用領域的項目將優先選用甲方的顯示設備、物聯網設備等相關產品。
5、甲乙雙方共同成立聯合工作組，組建專業團隊，明確負責人和專職對接人，就本協議簽署後的具體舉措進行推動落實。
此次合作協議的簽署，將充分發揮雙方優勢資源，有利於雙方共同拓展優質市場，實現互利共贏。康佳集團此前在資本層面已與中電興發合作，此次協議籤署後將在客户資源、市場機會、業務開拓等方面對中電興發進行全方位支持及賦能，未來，雙方將在智慧城市、智慧園區、大數據中心建設、物聯網應用等政企及家庭數字化轉型升級方面開展全方位、多領域的深度合作，通過以上領域的全方位合作，可以充分實現雙方品牌、市場、資源、技術、運營等優勢的互補協同，共同打造雙方數字化業務發展新高度，這將對公司在全國相關業務領域的技術精進、產品研發、業務開展以及市場拓展等方面產生積極的推動作用，有利於增強公司智慧中國全面解決方案能力，從而提升公司整體競爭力和盈利能力，進一步提升公司未來的經營業績，符合公司整體發展戰略，有利於公司的長遠發展。
公司作為領先的智慧中國核心技術、產品與全面解決方案供應商、運營服務商，在資質、資金、人員、技術等方面具有強大的綜合實力，完全具備後期合同簽訂後的履行能力，確保合同正常履行實施，即本次合作不影響公司業務的獨立性，公司主要業務不會因本次合作事項而對康佳形成依賴。此次合作預計對公司經營業績將產生一定的積極影響，但最終以簽訂的正式書面合同金額來測算對公司經營業績的具體影響。
