海馬汽車(000572.SZ):子公司轉讓海南銀行7%股權事項未獲核准
格隆匯12月16日丨海馬汽車(000572.SZ)公佈,公司於2021年2月6日刊登了《關於控股子公司轉讓海南銀行股份有限公司部分股權的公吿》,公司控股子公司海馬財務有限公司擬將其持有的海南銀行股份有限公司(簡稱“海南銀行”)7%股權轉讓給中國鐵路投資有限公司。根據有關規定,該交易事項需報銀行業監督管理機構核准。
近日,公司獲悉,上述交易事項未獲得中國銀行保險監督管理委員會海南監管局核准。自公司控股子公司持有海南銀行股權以來,海南銀行資產、收入及股東回報率逐年穩步增長。上述交易事項未獲核准,不會對公司經營造成重大影響。
