蘇創燃氣(01430.HK)附屬2,000萬元人民幣質押存款被沒收
蘇創燃氣(01430.HK)公佈,獲告知附屬江蘇騰旭於一家銀行擁有的金額爲2,000萬元人民幣(下同)的存款已根據其與該銀行於2020年12月9日訂立的存款質押合同條款沒收。
目前,江蘇騰旭及公司附屬太倉天然氣質押的銀行存款總額3.151億元中的約9,005萬元已被銀行沒收、2.24億元仍處於質押狀態及太倉天然氣所發出5,000萬元的承兌匯票將於星期五(17日)到期。
公司股份於2021年9月27日起在聯交所停牌,且將維持停牌直至另行通告爲止。
