華僑城(亞洲)(03366.HK)：就成立基金訂立有限合夥協議
格隆匯12月15日丨華僑城(亞洲)(03366.HK)宣佈，於2021年12月15日，集團就成立基金訂立有限合夥協議。
所有合夥人對基金認繳出資總額為人民幣2億元。華僑城華鑫、深圳華京、佛高投資、佛高控股、南海產業、順德順盛、高投盈聚、高明西江新城及三水中心科技認繳的出資額將分別為人民幣200萬元、人民幣6800萬元、人民幣200萬元、人民幣5800萬元、人民幣2000萬元、人民幣2000萬元、人民幣1000萬元、人民幣1000萬元及人民幣1000萬元。華僑城華鑫將為基金的管理人、執行事務合夥人及普通合夥人，佛高投資將為基金的執行事務合夥人及普通合夥人，深圳華京、佛高控股、南海產業、順德順盛、高投盈聚、高明西江新城及三水中心科技將為有限合夥人。
據悉，除非所有合夥人另行同意，否則基金應投資(i)不少於80%的投資資金於戰略新興產業，如智能家居、數字經濟、機器人、高端製造及新材料；及(ii)不超過20%的投資資金於佛山市國家高新技術產業開發區一區五園的升級及改造。
基金的投資策略為多樣化、平衡風險及回報。基金將須遵守(尤其是)單一項目不得超過所有合夥人認繳出資總額20%的投資限額。在任何情況下，基金均不得投資無限責任公司或項目，不得提供擔保或投資上市證券、證券投資基金、評級低於AAA的公司債券、信託產品、非保本型產品、保險計劃或其他衍生產品。
儘管基金尚未發現任何投資目標，亦未涉及任何潛在投資的進行中磋商，預期基金將投資南海產業、順德順盛、高投盈聚、高明西江新城及三水中心科技("五家代表有限合夥人")各自經營所在的上述五個產業園("五區投資")。
公吿稱，基金投資是集團日常業務的一部份。成立本基金可拓寬集團管理費收入來源，並可通過資本增值獲取潛在超額收益。佛山是高端產業集羣(例如智能設備及智慧設施)的核心佈局城市，對佛山相關產業的投資有利於集團獲取優質的項目資源，並有望獲取較好的投資收益。
