世名科技(300522.SZ)：與立邦投資簽訂戰略合作協議 就塗料着色劑、新產品開發等領域合作
格隆匯12月15日丨世名科技(300522.SZ)公佈，為更好地發揮雙方色彩應用技術、品牌優勢，實現互惠共贏，共同發展，公司與立邦投資有限公司(“立邦投資”)就塗料着色劑及相關特殊化學品應用、新產品開發等領域合作，同意建立戰略合作關係，並簽訂《戰略合作協議》。合作內容如下：
1、雙方互為戰略合作伙伴，在合作範圍內，甲方推動立邦中國及立邦集團所屬公司與乙方就塗料着色劑及相關特殊化學品等產品(包括DIY機調色漿、零售店面色漿、工廠調色色漿及相關特殊化學品等)開展全面戰略合作，通過雙方的品牌、技術及渠道推廣等優勢，實現優勢互補、資源共享。
2、雙方有義務開展以塗料着色劑及相關特殊化學品等產品供應與應用的全面合作。甲方推動立邦中國及立邦集團所屬公司優先選擇乙方作為塗料着色劑、添加劑等產品的戰略供應商，有義務向乙方提供準確、及時地年度和月度需求計劃；乙方有義務根據立邦中國及集團所屬公司的需求，及時、準確地提供合格產品以及優質、高效的技術服務。
3、雙方在開展中國合作業務基礎上，進一步探討和推進海外塗料着色劑及相關特殊化學品等產品的合作模式及方案。
4、為順利推進雙方合作，加強溝通銜接，確保合作項目順利落實，雙方同意建立如下合作機制：(1)雙方高層會晤機制。通過雙方高層領導互訪和不定期會晤，不斷加強雙方合作領域，指導和推動雙方合作深化落地。(2)產品技術交流機制。雙方根據各自的優勢領域，定期或不定期開展技術交流與合作，為雙方提供新產品開發、應用等各項要求，包括技術指標、檢驗規範和研發設備、產品驗證、成本分析等內容。
