海亮股份(002203.SZ):控股股東及其一致行動人的持股比例從39.25%減少至38.2%
格隆匯12月15日丨海亮股份(002203.SZ)公佈,近日公司收到控股股東海亮集團通知,於2021年9月10日至2021年12月14日期間,“19海亮E1”、“19海亮E2”完成換股20,645,361股。此次換股完成後海亮集團及其一致行動人持股數量為751,263,791股,佔公司總股本比例為38.20%。此次權益變動後,海亮集團及其一致行動人持有上市公司股份比例將從39.25%減少至38.20%,變動比例為1.05%。
