國際半導體產業協會料今年全球半導體設備銷售額按年增45% 至1,030億美元新高
國際半導體產業協會(SEMI)報告指出,今年全球半導體設備銷售額預測達1,030億美元的歷史新高,按年增長45%,並預期有關增長趨勢將持續,2022年銷售額料擴大至1,140億美元。
在晶圓製造設備方面,包括晶圓加工及設施等設備,預計在今年增長43.8%,達至880億美元的新紀錄,並於2022年增長12.4%至約990億美元,2023年預計將略爲回落0.5%至984億美元。
從地區來看,中國內地、南韓及臺灣地區預計仍將是今年半導體設備的三大市場,預期中國內地仍將保持領先地位,而臺灣地區有望於2022及2023年反超前。
