太陽城集團(01383.HK)擬出售飛機 代價7750萬港元
格隆匯12月15日丨太陽城集團(01383.HK)於2021年12月15日訂立買賣協議,據此,集團同意透過間接全資附屬公司Golden Medal(作為賣方)向買方Jetcraft Global (UK) Limited出售該飛機,代價為1000萬美元(相當於7750萬港元)。
Golden Medal於2020年1月20日獲集團收購,集團自2020年12月起提供包機服務,而該飛機僅自當時起產生收入。該飛機為Bombardier Inc. BD-700–1A11(Global 5000)飛機(製造商序列號9372),連同其引擎及所有飛行文件、附件、零件、儀器、組件、添置物及傢俱,均由Golden Medal擁有。該飛機於2010年首次投入服務。
