小智港股覆盤 | 12月14日
今日，港股三大指數集體下跌。截止收盤，恆生指數跌1.33%，報23635點。國企指數跌1.55%，報8418點。恆生科技指數大跌2.28%，報5884點。市場約471只個股上漲，1252只個股下跌。成交額突破1199.87億港幣，和昨天同期相比下跌7.48%。南下資金淨流入16.99億港幣。
盤面上，消費信貸板塊走高。泰和小貸、鼎豐集團控股等多股漲超8%；易鑫集團漲超5%；佐力小貸漲超3%；融衆金融漲超2%。易鑫集團拉昇10%，第三季度汽車融資交易量逆勢增長27%。
品牌零售板塊活躍。香港資源控股漲超16%；美東汽車漲超14%；歐化漲超9%；尚晉國際控股漲超8%；中升控股漲超3%。香港資源控股：已贖回本金額爲7995萬港元的可換股債券；美東汽車跳空高開7.19%，擬37億元收購追星汽車銷售集團全部股份；瑞信上調中升目標價至91元，評級「跑贏大市」。
飲料板塊活躍。香港生力啤漲超3%；青島啤酒股份漲超2%；華潤啤酒、農夫山泉等多股漲超1%。
建築建材板塊全線走低。中國聯塑跌超9%；中國玻璃、洛陽玻璃股份等多股跌超5%；佳辰控股跌超3%；中國建築興業跌超1%。中國聯塑升近9%，原材料價格四季度以來持續走低，PVC期價回落超30%；洛陽玻璃股份獲摩根大通增持89.38萬股。
商業服務板塊暴跌。新城悅服務、碧桂園服務等多股跌超10%；竣球控股、燁星集團、旭輝永升服務等多股跌超9%。碧桂園服務12月13日耗資887.69萬港元回購16.9萬股；大摩：更多房地產寬鬆政策及盈利增長支特物管股反彈，首選華潤萬象生活、保利物業及旭輝永升服務。
餐飲酒店板塊多數下跌。國際天食跌超19%；百利達集團控股跌超12%；賞之味、華住集團-S等多股跌超11%；美高梅中國跌超8%。賞之味被控股股東Brilliant Trade出售7518.5萬股。
