富匯國際集團控股(01034.HK)：富薈生物科技正式落户三亞崖州科技城 並與海南旅控及三創文化達成戰略合作
格隆匯12月14日丨富匯國際集團控股(01034.HK)宣佈，於2021年12月11日，公司於海南省的間接全資附屬公司海南富薈生物科技有限公司(“富薈生物科技”)正式落户三亞崖州科技城。相關慶祝儀式由公司行政總裁、富薈生物科技創始人劉心藝主持完成。當地的領導及文化界名人，三亞崖州灣科技城管理局產業促進處主任張利超，三亞國際貿易促進會會長姚曉君，三亞市委統戰部副部長、工商聯黨組書記林明寧，海南省旅遊投資控股集團有限公司(“海南旅控集團”)總經理冼國劍，海南三創文化發展集團有限公司(“海南三創文化”)董事長張曉冰，以及著名歌手、影視文化界名人屠洪剛等領導嘉賓悉數出席活動現場。富薈生物科技的成功落户三亞崖州科技城，從側面證明了當地政府對集團的認可，也正面地表明瞭集團未來的發展潛力。
同時，在慶祝儀式上，富薈生物科技與海南旅控集團及海南三創文化正式簽約，達成戰略合作，共同發揮在”文旅”、”高科技生物企業”、”商業綜合投資及營運管理”與“互聯網和電商直播”版塊上的優勢，在業務上作岀更多元化的合作。此次戰略合作將有助加速集團在當地的業務發展，為助力海南自貿港發展建設作出更大的貢獻。公司行政總裁劉心藝跟合作伙伴簽署此戰略合作協議。
富薈生物科技是一家集科研、開發、生產、銷售為一體的高科技生物企業，目前主要項目是針對芳香植物尤其是沉香這一香料原料進行研究，以期進一步開發其作用和產品，開拓更廣闊的芳香產業市場；海南旅控集團是海南省政府批准設立的國有獨資企業，是服務於海南國際旅遊島建設的省屬國有控股投融資平台；海南三創文化是一家集產業園管理、商業綜合投資及營運管理、直播展播綜合、全球品牌企業供應鏈營運管理、電商人才培養平台等為一體的商業綜合企業。
