社科院報告料明年內地商品住房平均價格增長率介乎-3%至3%
社科院報告指出,在沒有重大政策調整和意外事件衝擊的情況下,明年中國住房市場總體表現將變中趨穩,樓市將從整體降溫轉向分化回暖。
報告預計,明年全年全國商品住房平均價格增長率將在-3%至3%,商品住房銷售面積增長將在-1%至-5%,住房開發投資增速預計將在2%至5%。
從風險上看,報告指,明年住房市場的整體風險將延續下降趨勢,局部地區、個別主體的風險將有所釋放,風險外溢將被有效控制。
