中環股份(002129.SZ)：子公司中環領先獲評工業互聯網標杆工廠
格隆匯12月13日丨中環股份(002129.SZ)公佈，近日，公司控股子公司中環領先半導體材料有限公司(“中環領先”)獲評江蘇省工業和信息化廳、省財政廳組織評定的 2021 年度江蘇省工業和信息產業轉型升級專項資金(第三批)項目，中環領先投資建設的中環半導體硅片工廠被評定為工業互聯網標杆工廠項目。
中環半導體硅片工廠依託公司管控集成平台開展“工廠智能化、管理信息化、製造精益化”的三化融合建設，建立信息化、數字化、智能化的半導體硅片工業互聯網標杆工廠。依託平台集成 MES、PLM、ERP 等系統配合智能化設備實現生產現場優化、生產管理優化、經營管理優化。通過打造產品全流程優化、資產全流程優化、商業全流程優化能力、工業設備智能優化、生產工藝智能優化、安全環保管理優化，實現基於智能化生產的業態創新模式。
中環領先秉承集約創新、集成創新、聯合創新、協同創新的理念，推進工業 4.0 在工廠的全新應用，符合國家高端化、綠色化、智能化產業政策導向，以先進製造、智能制造引領產業轉型升級，推動公司半導體材料業務實現高質量發展。
此次中環領先被評定為工業互聯網標杆工廠項目，是對中環領先在行業內的先進制造水平及能力的充分肯定；製造模式的智慧化有利於全面提升中環領先質量控制能力和技術配合能力，助力成為綜合門類最齊全的半導體材料企業之一目標的實現，為全球客户提供全面解決方案。
隨着中環領先半導體硅片工業互聯網標杆工廠的實施推進，提升精益製造與柔性制造，使勞動生產率繼續大幅度提升、產品質量和一致性持續提升、資源綜合利用率得到有效改善，工廠運營成本持續下降；通過不斷對“生產定式”的挖掘，實現快速響應、決策支持和戰略支撐，有利於公司半導體材料業務競爭力的鞏固和提升，建立公司“領先”品牌。
此次項目評定，將對公司未來發展起到積極促進作用，但不會對公司當期經營業績產生重大影響。
