港股午評：恆指漲1.01%，基建相關股大漲，電力股繼續走強
格隆匯12月13日丨港股上午盤三大指數高位震盪，恆指漲1.01%，國指漲0.94%，恆生科技指數漲1.33%。南下資金半日淨流入37.1億港元，大市半日成交額為743億港元。
盤面上，大型科技股全線走高，美團漲超4%，阿里巴巴漲3%，騰訊、快手漲超2%；中央強調適度開啟基礎設施投資，建材水泥股、工程基建股大漲，中國重汽飆漲逾22%，中國建材、海螺水泥均漲超6%；電力股繼續走強，華潤電力續創新高；互聯網醫療股、光伏股、煤炭股、鋼鐵股齊漲，中央定調全面實行註冊制，中資券商股表現活躍。 另一方面，恆大概念股跌勢不止，影視娛樂股、內房股、煙草概念股走低明顯，世茂集團跌超13%。
大型科技股集體走強：美團漲4.4%，阿里巴巴漲3%。12月11日，2021—2022中國經濟年會在京召開，中央財經委員會辦公室分管日常工作的副主任韓文秀解讀中央經濟工作會議精神。其中指出，遏制資本無序擴張不是不要資本，而是要資本有序發展。
基建相關股拉昇，中央經濟工作會議提出超前開展基礎設施投資。中央經濟工作會議12月8日至10日在北京舉行。會議提出適度超前開展基礎設施投資。在週末召開的2021-2022中國經濟年會上，中央財經委員會辦公室副主任韓文秀對中央經濟工作會議作出解讀，韓文秀表示，要適度超前進行基礎設施建設，在減污、降碳、新能源、新技術、新產業集羣等領域加大投入，既擴大短期需求，又增強長期動能。前階段一些地方發生燃氣管道爆炸事故，要加強城市地下管網的排查和改造，建設以人民為中心的裏子工程。
中資券商股活躍，中央定調全面實行註冊制。中央經濟工作會議12月8日至10日在北京舉行。會議要求，改革開放政策要激活發展動力。要抓好要素市場化配置綜合改革試點，全面實行股票發行註冊制。 國泰君安指出，全面註冊制有利於提高發行效率，提升直接融資佔比，為券商投行業務帶來業績增量。註冊制改革對券商的承銷能力、定價能力、銷售能力提出了更高的要求，頭部券商人才隊伍、項目經驗豐富，能夠更好地滿足企業客户的綜合需求。
中鋁國際(2068.HK)再度大漲超19%，三日累漲近1.2倍，受益於鋰價大漲。12月進入旺季備貨期後，疊加青海減產、鋰鹽加工廠集中檢修，鋰鹽供應變得緊張，僅11月29日至12月3日這一週，每噸電池級碳酸鋰價格上漲了10000元，每噸電池級氫氧化鋰上漲了4000元。 中鋁國際11月29日在投資者互動平台表示，其鹽湖提鋰技術是一項從礦物鹽中提取鋰金屬的冶煉技術，採用世界先進的離子選擇遷移合成碳酸鋰的鹽湖提鋰技術。該公司所提供的技術是用於生產鋰電池用原材料，而鋰電池行業為鋰金屬應用產業鏈的下游產業，具有產業鏈相關性。
創維集團(0751.HK)漲近7%逼近階段新高，機構看好其光伏業務增長。2020年創維集團進軍户用光伏領域，第一上海預測公司今年光伏出貨量有望超1.6GW，收入達45億元。在2021年前九個月光伏業務收入達21.9億元，同比暴增27275%。該行予其目標價7.12港元，維持“買入”評級，預計佈局户用光伏帶來新業務增長點，且各業務板塊收入將迎來增長。
