百心安-B(02185.HK)擬全球發售2393.7萬股 預計12月23日掛牌上市
格隆匯12月13日丨百心安-B(02185.HK)發佈公吿，公司擬全球發售2393.7萬股股份，其中香港發售股份239.4萬股，國際發售股份2154.3萬股，另有15%超額配股權；2021年12月13日至12月16日招股，預期定價日12月16日；發售價將不超過每股發售股份24.79港元，每手買賣單位500股，入場費約12520港元；華泰國際為獨家保薦人；預期股份將於2021年12月23日於聯交所主板掛牌上市。
公司是中國領先的創新介入式心血管裝置公司，目前專注於以下兩種療法：全降解支架(BRS)療法，以解決中國患者在治療冠狀或外周動脈疾病方面的未滿足醫療需求；及腎神經阻斷(RDN)療法，以解決患者在治療未控高血壓及頑固性高血壓方面的未滿足醫療需求。全降解支架療法為一種使用聚合物臨時支架使冠狀動脈於一段時間內張開的手術，而支架本身會在人體內逐漸降解。腎神經阻斷療法為一種低侵入性手術，利用消融破壞腎動脈的神經，而不會令動脈受損。
公司於2014年成立，一直致力於開發創新醫療器械以解決中國血管疾病及高血壓患者的未滿足醫療需求。公司的使命為創新引領高品質醫療。截至最後實際可行日期，公司於不同開發階段中擁有一項核心產品及其他八項管線在研產品。公司的核心產品Bioheart®是自主開發的BRS系統，用於經皮冠狀動脈介入治療手術，且根據弗若斯特沙利文的資料，預期將成為全球首個基於多中心隨機對照臨牀試驗結果獲監管批准的第二代全降解支架系統。
公司估計，假設超額配股權未獲行使，且發售價每股23.02港元(即發售價範圍中位數)公司自全球發售獲得的所得款項淨額總額將約為4.787億港元。公司目前擬將自本次發售獲得有關所得款項淨額約90.0%，或4.308億港元將用於開發及商業化公司的核心產品Bioheart®以及公司的其他主要在研產品；及約10.0%，或4790萬港元將用作一般企業及營運資金用途。倘超額配股權獲悉數行使，則全球發售所得款項淨額將增加至約5.576億港元(按發售價中位數每股23.02港元計算)。公司擬按以上比例將額外所得款項淨額應用於上述用途。
