頂固集創(300749.SZ)：相關應收商業承兑匯票逾期未兑付
格隆匯12月10日丨頂固集創(300749.SZ)公佈，公司因持有恆大集團及其成員企業開具的商業承兑匯票出現預期未兑付，公司存在資金流失和計提相關資產減值準備的風險，現公司根據《深圳證券交易所創業板股票上市規則》的有關規定，將有關情況公吿如下：
公司與恆大集團及其成員企業存在業務往來，恆大集團及其成員企業向公司採購門鎖五金、定製衣櫃及配套傢俱等產品，業務結算主要通過現金、商業承兑匯票等形式進行結算。近期，因恆大集團及其成員企業資金週轉困難，出現商業承兑匯票逾期尚未兑付的情況，公司一直積極與恆大集團及其成員企業保持聯繫，協商解決公司應收賬款問題。截至公吿日，公司應收恆大集團及其成員企業累計金額為20665.05萬元，主要有應收商業承兑匯票金額為17991.16萬元，其中已經逾期尚未兑付的商業承兑匯票金額為2572.95萬元，至2021年12月31日前即將到期的商業承兑匯票有11080.56萬元。
目前公司仍繼續與恆大集團及其成員企業保持正常的業務往來，其中，精品五金業務實行款到發貨；定製衣櫃及配套傢俱業務實行先預付30%現金，發貨前支付50%現金(不含預付款)，剩餘20%貨款在安裝、驗收完成後結算並支付現金。根據目前的業務進展情況，公司與恆大集團及其成員企業發生的新增業務均可得到較好的資金回籠，對恆大集團及其成員企業的應收票據和應收賬款將不會有大額增加。
鑑於上述應收票據存在無法按期兑付的風險，公司目前將該逾期的應收票據轉回應收賬款，並按規定對該部分應收款項計提壞賬準備。同時，公司正在與恆大集團及其成員企業積極協商，尋求相應解決方案，公司不排除通過財產保全、法律訴訟等途徑維護公司及廣大投資者的合法權益，以最大程度減少公司潛在損失，維護公司及股東的利益。
目前，公司生產經營正常，因公司與恆大集團及其成員企業剩餘應收賬款問題解決存在重大不確定性，公司暫時無法判斷此次事件對公司本期或期後利潤的影響金額，最終情況將以公司披露的定期報吿為準。
