交易商協會擬支持內房註冊發債優先用於併購及項目建設
據《證券時報》從市場人士獲悉,中國銀行間市場交易商協會今日舉行房地產企業代表座談會時,有參會人士透露,交易商協會將重點支持符合房地產調控政策的企業註冊發行中長期限的債務融資工具,募集資金優先用於補充已售在建項目的資金缺口、以及用於房地產項目或資產的股權收購,支持「保交樓、保民生、保穩定」,積極滿足房地產合理融資需求,促進房地產業健康發展和良性循環。
同時指出,短期個別房企出現風險不會影響中長期市場正常融資功能。據悉,招商蛇口(001979.SZ)等企業近期計劃在銀行間市場註冊發行債務融資工具,募集資金將用於房地產項目收購合併。(ta/s) ~
