國統局：因煤炭等原材料價格受控上月PPI按月持平 按年漲幅回落

國家統計局城市司高級統計師董莉娟進行瞭解讀11月份全國PPI數據時表示，11月份，隨著保供穩價政策落實力度不斷加大，煤炭、金屬等能源和原材料價格快速上漲勢頭初步得到遏制，PPI漲幅有所回落。
按月看，PPI由上月上漲2.5%轉為持平。其中，生產資料價格由上漲3.3%轉為下降0.1%；生活資料價格上漲0.4%，漲幅擴大0.3個百分點。多部門聯動遏制煤炭價格非理性上漲，煤炭產量和市場供應量持續增加，煤炭開採和洗選業價格由上漲20.1%轉為下降4.9%，煤炭加工價格由上漲12.8%轉為下降8.4%。金屬行業保供穩價效果顯現。國際原油、天然氣價格高位波動，帶動國內相關行業價格上行。石油開採價格上漲7.1%，精煉石油產品製造價格上漲4.7%，化學原料和化學製品製造業價格上漲0.7%；燃氣生產和供應業價格上漲4.1%。電力熱力生產和供應業價格上漲1.9%。
按年看，PPI上漲12.9%，漲幅比上月回落0.6個百分點。其中，生產資料價格上漲17%，漲幅回落0.9個百分點；生活資料價格上漲1%，漲幅擴大0.4個百分點。調查的40個工業行業大類中，價格上漲的有37個，比上月增加1個。主要行業中，價格漲幅回落的包括：煤炭開採和洗選業上漲88.8%，回落14.9個百分點；黑色金屬冶煉和壓延加工業上漲31%，回落8.9個百分點；有色金屬冶煉和壓延加工業上漲26.5%，回落3個百分點。價格漲幅擴大的包括：石油和天然氣開採業上漲68.5%，擴大8.8個百分點；燃氣生產和供應業上漲10.9%，擴大1.5個百分點。
據測算，在11月份12.9%的PPI按年漲幅中，去年價格變動的翹尾影響約為1.2個百分點，比上月減少0.6個百分點；新漲價影響約為11.7個百分點，與上月相同。
