弘信電子(300657.SZ)：與蜂巢能源簽署戰略合作框架協議 以在新能源動力電池、儲能、新能源重卡整車中的相關應用＋車聯網、能源大數據等領域開展合作
格隆匯12月8日丨弘信電子(300657.SZ)公佈，公司與蜂巢能源科技股份有限公司(“蜂巢能源”)經友好協商，為充分發揮和集聚雙方資源優勢，在滿足雙方各自核心訴求的基礎上展開深度合作，謀求共同發展，雙方於2021年12月8日簽署了《戰略合作框架協議》。
合作內容： ① 產品供採合作。為充分整合雙方既有優勢、提升雙方品牌競爭力，雙方共同決定相互以優惠的價格、最優質的服務形成長期、穩定、信任的供採合作關係，即“互為戰略性供貨採購關係”。
在同等條件下，對於雙方外購產品應優先考慮對方相應自主產品，且供方在產品交期上給予對方優先安排。
②技術開發合作。基於雙方業務重心及技術特點，彙集雙方人才及技術優勢，提升雙方綜合技術實力、產品競爭力及品牌影響力，在互補共贏的條件下，雙方建立深度技術合作關係。
雙方將在電動汽車動力電池及儲能中的FPC應用、CCS模組、電動汽車其他模塊中的FPC替代傳統線束思路及方案等領域適時開展深度技術合作。
③商業項目合作。基於雙方客户資源及渠道優勢，在互惠互利的條件下，雙方在開拓新市場、新產品、創新企業運營模式等方向適時建立深度合作關係，雙方在不違反商業運作規律的前提下，共享各自所掌握的市場競爭信息、商業資源信息等，為雙方合作創造更大的商業價值。
車載戰略是公司重點發展戰略，公司充分認識到新能源汽車產業的蓬勃發展對整個軟板產業鏈的深遠影響。在新能源車載動力電池領域，公司與行業頭部客户保持緊密聯繫，通過不斷提升產能與管理，力爭以充足的產能、領先的技術、先進的研發等全方位滿足客户需求，實現公司車載戰略的長足發展。
此次與蜂巢能源建立戰略合作關係，雙方將以在新能源動力電池、儲能、新能源重卡整車中的相關應用＋車聯網、能源大數據等領域開展合作為共同目標，充分交流新能源動力電池、儲能電池、新能源汽車整車中FPC替代傳統線束等應用的思路和實施方案挖掘項目深度合作機會，探索各種合作模式，共同拓展雙方在各自領域及周邊的相關業務。
