嘉泓物流(02130.HK)完成配售110萬股 淨籌約1000萬港元
格隆匯12月8日丨嘉泓物流(02130.HK)宣佈,認購協議成為無條件且認購事項於2021年12月8日完成,喆麗根據認購協議的條款及條件按每股9.2港元的認購價成功認購合共110萬股股份。
認購事項所得款項總額約為1010萬港元。經扣除專業費用及其他相關開支後,認購事項將籌集的所得款項淨額約為1000萬港元,其擬全部用於擴充及發展集團B2C業務,包括加強其電子商務平台(此平台向客户提供一站式銷售及物流解決方案)及招聘專業人才進行日常營運管理。
