益兆集團及俊和發展合作的旺角豉油街63號單幢住宅項目命名為「雋薈」,共提供120伙,實用面積介乎152至228平方呎,全屬開放式單位。
俊和物業發展控股總經理陳健強表示,項目樓書將於短期內上載,期望可於本月內推售。
俊和屬亞洲聯合基建控股(00711.HK)主要成員,主力經營建築及物業發展業務。
