環聯:本港第二季無抵押循環貸款按年漲46.7% 信用卡新增貸款宗數升24.5%
環聯(TRU.US)發佈《2021年第三季信貸行業分析報告》顯示,本港消費者信貸市場的上升勢頭加強。在經濟持續增長、消費支出上升及失業率下降的背景下,消費者及財務機構的信心見好,帶動新開戶口數量(新增貸款宗數)大幅增加。
所有主要無抵押貸款產品的新增貸款宗數(衡量新開戶口數量的指標,反映信貸供求)均錄得升幅,同期新冠肺炎個案保持低位,跨國旅遊繼續受限。無抵押循環貸款的按年升幅最爲明顯,錄得46.7%升幅。雖然此類產品疫情期間曾連續五季下跌(2019年第四季至2020年第四季),導致基數偏低,但目前已連續兩季恢復增長。
信用卡新增貸款宗數於今年第二季錄得24.5%的按年升幅(由於彙報機制所限,此爲第二季數字)。其他主要無抵押貸款產品亦錄得顯着升幅,其中私人貸款上升32.2%,信用卡貸款上升30.4%。
