當升科技(300073.SZ)：與衞藍新能源建立戰略合作關係 有助加快實現固態電池材料的市場化應用和批量銷售
格隆匯12月7日丨當升科技(300073.SZ)公佈，公司與北京衞藍新能源科技有限公司(“衞藍新能源”)於2021年12月7日在北京市簽訂了《戰略合作協議(2022-2025年)》。雙方本着互惠互利、資源共享、合作共贏、共同發展的原則，經友好協商，決定在固態鋰電材料產品供貨、技術開發、產能佈局等方面建立多層次、全方位的戰略合作伙伴關係。
甲方：北京當升材料科技股份有限公司，乙方：北京衞藍新能源科技有限公司；
雙方同意加強在固態鋰電材料領域的戰略合作。乙方將甲方視為固態鋰電材料的優先供應商,在本協議有效期間內，乙方承諾 2022-2025 年期間向甲方採購總量不低於25000噸固態鋰電材料，具體採購金額和數量以雙方簽訂的採購合同為準。 甲方承諾同等條件下優先保障乙方的固態鋰電材料供應，雙方達到合作共贏的目的。
乙方同意優先測試甲方的固態鋰電材料產品，在同等條件下，優先選用甲方的產品進行新車型固態動力電池或其他領域用新型電池項目的配套開發。同時，雙方一致同意在高鎳多元材料、富鋰錳基材料、鈷酸鋰、磷酸鐵鋰、磷酸錳鐵鋰等鋰電前沿技術領域加強交流與合作。
雙方一致同意，未來共同佈局和發展固態鋰電業務，積極開展雙方共同投資建設固態鋰電及其關鍵材料生產基地的可行性研究。
隨着全球新能源汽車產業的快速發展，動力電池技術也隨之不斷升級。除當前市場主流的三元鋰電池和磷酸鐵鋰電池外，安全性更好、能量密度更高、使用壽命更長、體積更小的固態電池被視作下一代動力電池技術發展的主要方向。近年來，包括豐田、日產、寶馬、戴姆勒、大眾、福特等海外知名車企以及包括上汽、長城、蔚來、北汽等一批國內車企均在加快佈局固態電池業務，以期實現將相關技術和產品更快投入市場。
公司此次與衞藍新能源建立戰略合作關係，有助於公司加快實現固態電池材料的市場化應用和批量銷售，搶佔下一代動力電池技術制高點，實現公司在固態電池業務的戰略佈局，奠定公司在固態電池技術領域的領先優勢，為公司未來業務發展創造新的增長點。
