夢網科技(002123.SZ)：與螞蟻鏈簽訂戰略合作協議
格隆匯12月7日丨夢網科技(002123.SZ)公佈，公司下屬子公司深圳市夢網科技發展有限公司(“深圳夢網”)近日與螞蟻區塊鏈科技(上海)有限公司(“螞蟻鏈”)簽署了《戰略合作協議》，雙方本着優勢互補、互惠互利、真誠合作、共同發展的原則，把握國家對5G應用和民生服務高度重視的良好機遇，建立戰略合作伙伴關係。
協議主要內容： 1.螞蟻鏈擬與深圳夢網開展雲通信服務領域的深度合作，包括但不限於5G消息、富媒體信息、短信小程序2.0等業務領域。深圳夢網將結合自身的5G消息業務資源及能力優勢，與螞蟻鏈共同探索5G消息綜合解決方案和營銷服務模式，並充分利用區塊鏈、隱私計算技術，使5G消息業務具備承載更豐富的信息內容的潛力，創新商業模式。
2.雙方擬在技術服務等領域加強雙向深度合作。在螞蟻鏈已有的業務規模基礎上，結合深圳夢網在行業通訊業務運營領域的資源和能力優勢，通過合作運營持續做大用户規模和業務規模。
3.雙方擬建立在企業服務號領域的深度合作。雙方將基於深圳夢網企業服務號產品已覆蓋的數億台手機終端，結合螞蟻鏈的技術能力，實現內容交互和服務推薦的精準化，共同挖掘商業潛力。
螞蟻鏈是螞蟻集團智能科技業務對外品牌，致力於用科技鏈接信任，融合交叉區塊鏈、AIoT、數據分析和智能風控等技術，為產業互聯網提供可信、高效的技術解決方案，促進產業協作和價值交換。螞蟻鏈目前已應用於商品跨境溯源、電子票據、可信農產品溯源、供應鏈、版權保護、跨境貿易等超過50個應用場景，與多個行業深度融合；沉澱了能夠支持10億賬户、每日10億筆交易量的大規模高性能區塊鏈能力。在自主可控方面，螞蟻先後推出軟硬件一體機化、4G/5G區塊鏈可信上鍊模組和可信邊緣計算設備，逐步實現關鍵硬件的自研替代。
此次戰略合作，雙方將深耕雲通信服務領域，共同發掘 5G 消息業務潛力，創新業務形態和商業模式。夢網科技將依託螞蟻鏈技術打造可信產業鏈平台，實現內容交互和服務推薦的精準化，並以數字化技術助推雲通訊模式升級。通過5G 消息和企業服務號等雲通信產品，在金融、政務、電商、快消等領域展開業務實踐，將短消息與區塊鏈網絡進行可信連接，低門檻、高效率、高安全地實現數據源頭可信，探索更多創新應用場景與行業數字化方案，在產品能力上發揮更大的價值。
此次合作，有利於公司拓寬5G生態行業，全方位融入5G+互聯網產業，同時增強市場競爭力，進一步鞏固公司在企業雲通信領域的市場佔有率。
