廣信材料(300537.SZ)：子公司年產5萬噸電子感光材料及配套材料項目獲得環評批覆
格隆匯12月7日丨廣信材料(300537.SZ)公佈，2021年12月6日，贛州市行政審批局對江西廣臻感光材料有限公司年產5萬噸電子感光材料及配套材料項目環境影響評價文件作出了審批決定，並將《關於<江西廣臻感光材料有限公司年產5萬噸電子感光材料及配套材料項目環境影響報吿書>的批覆》(贛市行審證(1)字[2021]169號)的審批決定情況予以公吿。
江西廣臻感光材料有限公司年產5萬噸電子感光材料及配套材料項目，項目代碼:2104-360797-04-01-509590，位於龍南經濟技術開發區富康-新圳片區中再生資源與化工產業園。總佔地面積154.31畝，該項目建成後將形成年產光刻膠及配套試劑7000噸、自制樹脂12000噸、PCB油墨16000噸、塗料15000噸的生產能力。
該批覆原則同意江西廣臻按照環境影響報吿書、附圖、附件中所列建設項目的性質、內容、規模、地點、工藝和環境保護措施等進行建設“年產5萬噸電子感光材料及配套材料項目”。要求項目的建設必須嚴格執行“配套的環境保護設施與主體工程同時設計、同時施工、同時投入使用”的環境保護“三同時”制度，施工招標文件、施工合同應明確環保條款和責任，環保投資必須專款專用。在工程設計、建設、運行過程中必須認真落實環境影響報吿書提出的各項環保污染防治措施和要求。
該項目批覆有利於公司加快華南生產基地建設，加速整合優化公司產業佈局、完善公司產業鏈並通過集中生產降低生產運營成本，前瞻性做好產能儲備支撐未來穩健運營和快速發展，有利於進一步貼近服務廣東、江西、福建等公司主要下游市場客户，對公司未來穩定長遠發展具有積極意義和推動作用。接下來，公司與全資子公司江西廣臻將嚴格按照環評批覆和相關法律法規的要求進行項目建設管理，推進兼顧項目發展和環境保護的可持續性發展，爭取項目早日建成投產。
