微博今日暗盤 香港公開發售獲2.67倍認購
微博股份有限公司(以下簡稱“微博”)今日暗盤，將於12月8日正式於香港聯交所主板掛牌上市。
微博此次發行1100萬股股份，最終發行價為每股272.8港元。A類普通股將以每手20股股份進行買賣，股份代號為“9898”。
根據7日早公佈的發售價及配發結果公吿，微博全球發售所得款項淨額預計為約13.83億港元。此外，香港公開發售股份獲認購約2.67倍，國際發售獲認購約5.5倍。香港公開發售與國際發售均超額認購，微博的價值獲得市場認可。
微博是中國領先的社交媒體平台。從業績來看，微博營收保持穩健增長，2016年至2020年微博收入複合年增長率為26.7%，經營利潤率從2016年的21.5%提高至2020年的30.0%。截至2021年9月30日止九個月，微博的收入約為16.41億美元，其中廣吿及營銷收入約為14.3億美元。根據三季報，2021年微博第三季度淨營收約為6.07億美元，同比增長30%。2021年第三季度廣吿和營銷營收為5.376億美元，同比增長29%。
活躍用户等關鍵指標也在持續增長，2021年9月，微博月活躍用户數達到5.73億，來自移動端比例達到94%；日活躍用户數達到2.48億。微博的獨特性以及差異化優勢成為保持用户滲透和提升的重要因素，根據招股書，2021年6月，微博確定的月活躍用户中有超過75%屬於Z世代，即1990年或之後出生的一代，用户年輕化趨勢明顯。
從內容生態來看，目前微博已經建設成為了一個文字、圖片、視頻、直播的綜合性內容平台，提供全面且多元化的內容主題和創作者。微博內容生態的發展呈現出內容分發垂直化，垂直領域內容化的趨勢。截至2021年6月，微博擁有46個垂直領域內容，其中28個垂直領域內容在2021年3月的月瀏覽量均超過100億。2021年6月，微博有4190萬月活躍內容創作者，頭部內容創作者達到230萬，較2019年6月達到了24％的複合年増長率。
值得一提的是，在12月4日舉辦的“2021微博超級紅人節”中，微博表示，將專注社交成長，幫助創作者打造影響力，提升出圈能力。據悉，今年前九個月已經有超過1萬+周邊平台的頭部創作者開通了微博賬號。此外，微博還成為了一些電競選手、體育運動員首要的社交平台。未來，微博在創作者生態上將專注社交提升、社交資產變現提升、公共影響力建設和社會價值提升等四個方面。
此次赴港上市募集資金的使用有望進一步增強微博的核心競爭力。根據招股書，募集資金淨額約45%將用於持續擴大用户羣及提升用户參與度，以及改善微博的內容生態系統；約25%用於研發以提升微博的用户體驗及變現能力；約20%用於有選擇性地尋求戰略聯盟、投資和收購，以及約10%用作營運資金及一般公司用途。
