科網股今日全線重挫，北水資金全天大舉抄底，美團-W(03690)、快手-W(01024)、小米集團(01810)、騰訊(00700)分別獲淨買入9.3億、8.69億、1.65億、1.59億港元。消息面上，交銀國際發研報指，支付寶與銀聯實現收款碼互認。微信支持點對點聊天直接訪問外鏈、羣聊試行開放電商類外鏈。支付市場的互聯互通爲行業大趨勢，預計平臺將繼續拓展互聯互通場景，爲用戶提供安全便利的支付服務。該行維持互聯網行業領先評級，預計業績明年下半年轉好機會大且估值偏低。首選買入美團，因戰略轉型零售+科技證明新業務投入決心，帶來更大可滲透市場空間；看好騰訊控股收入相對分散，業績確定性及行業調整影響小。
華潤電力(00836)獲淨買入3.58億港元。消息面上，銀河證券認爲，中央深改委會議提出建設全國統一電力市場體系，建設全國統一電力市場體系不僅可以提升綠電溢價，還可以提高綠電消納比例，有利於保障新能源發電企業的盈利能力，從而加速推動電力系統清潔低碳轉型。
中金公司(03908)獲淨買入1.5億港元。消息面上，安信證券發佈研報稱，近期券商板塊多項政策出臺，包括開展證券公司賬戶管理功能優化試點、放開險資參與證券出借業務、規範收益互換業務等，同時總理髮言中提出“適時降準”。多項政策利好疊加流動性充裕預期，建議關注券商板塊投資機會。而今日盤後消息稱，央行表示將全面降準0.5個百分點，釋放長期資金約1.2萬億元。此外，大摩近日發佈研報稱，中金公司股價受惠於明年首季的市場流動性更爲充裕，及明年A股主板註冊制新股上市將會有進展，且目前估值已處歷史區間下限水平。該行予中金公司“增持”評級，目標價26.55港元。
思摩爾國際(06969)此前股價持續，今日部分北水資金逢高拋售，全天淨賣出額5344萬港元。消息面上，瑞信發佈研究報告稱，思摩爾國際在地域多元化、市場份額增長潛力及穩固的客戶組合等因素下，首予“跑贏大市”評級，目標價62.5港元。報告提出，全球電子煙設備約有九成於中國製造，而公司擁有約18.9%的市場份額，基於產品差異化及研發優勢，相信市場份額將進一步擴大。在全球五大電子煙品牌中，思摩爾國際爲其中四家企業的製造商，他們的市場份額由2016年的4.8%，增長逾3倍至2020年的19.7%，相信有關趨勢也將會持續。
此外，中芯國際(00981)獲淨買入194萬港元。而藥明生物(02269)、工商銀行(01398)、舜宇光學(02382)分別遭淨賣出2.43億、1.25億、6353萬港元。
