億緯鋰能(300014.SZ)：實控人誤操作致短線交易及減持計劃終止
格隆匯12月6日丨億緯鋰能(300014.SZ)公佈，公司於2021年12月6日收到實際控制人駱錦紅出具的《關於誤操作導致短線交易及提前終止股份減持計劃的吿知函》，獲悉駱錦紅當日在實施減持過程中因誤操作買入公司股票2萬股，根據相關法律、法規，現將其減持和短線交易具體情況公吿如下：
2021年5月18日，公司披露《關於公司實際控制人減持股份計劃的預披露公吿》(公吿編號：2021-086)，駱錦紅計劃自2021年6月8日至2021年12月7日期間通過集中競價方式減持公司股份不超過1800萬股。
2021年12月6日，駱錦紅按照預先披露的減持計劃，以集中競價交易方式合計減持510.9995萬股，佔公司總股本的0.269%。在減持過程中，因交易軟件刷新延時，界面切換錯誤，以致將“賣出”誤操作為“買入”，錯誤買入公司股份2萬股，佔公司總股本的0.001%。即所得收益11600元將全數上繳公司。
駱錦紅上述因誤操作買入公司股票的交易行為違反了《證券法》《深圳證券交易所創業板上市公司規範運作指引》的相關規定，構成短線交易。此次短線交易行為未發生在公司披露定期報吿的敏感期內，不存在因獲悉內幕信息而交易公司股票的情況，亦不存在利用短線交易謀求利益的目的。
上述違規行為系駱錦紅操作失誤造成，不存在因獲悉內幕信息而交易公司股票的情況，亦不存在利用短線交易謀求利益的目的。駱錦紅此次誤操作不具有短線交易的主觀故意，並已深刻認識到了本次短線交易的嚴重性，對本次誤操作構成的短線交易給公司和市場帶來的不良影響，致以誠摯的歉意；並將自覺遵守《證券法》關於禁止短線交易的規定，在上述短線交易行為發生之日起6個月內，不再買賣公司股票，提前終止本次減持計劃；今後會嚴格執行證券法以及證監會、深圳證券交易所有關股東減持的規定，謹慎操作，杜絕此類情況的再次發生。
