鐵貨(01029.HK):Stocken購入29.9%股權 成爲最大單一股東
鐵貨(01029.HK)公佈,Petropavlovsk於上週五(3日)已完成向Stocken Board AG出售公司股本總額的29.9%,將予支付的現金代價爲1,000萬美元。交易須待Petropavlovsk與Stocken所訂立日期爲2020年3月18日的協議內初步所載的先決條件獲達成後,方告完成。
此外,Petropavlovsk於上週三(1日)已完成向UCP Industrial Holdings出售公司已發行股本總額的1.2%,總代價爲224萬美元。
根據Petropavlovsk公告,目前其已不再持有公司任何股份,並不再爲公司股東;Stocken爲持有公司已發行股本29.9%的主要股東,併爲公司的最大單一股東。
