格隆匯12月3日丨ST文化(300089.SZ)公佈,公司於2021年11月1日披露了《公司關於股東所持公司股份擬進行拍賣的公吿》,公司控股股東蔡廷祥所持有的公司3375萬股股票(約佔公司總股本的7.02%)於2021年12月1日14時至2021年12月2日14時止(延時的除外),在潮州市中級人民法院淘寶網司法拍賣網絡平台上進行公開拍賣活動。
公司於近日通過網絡渠道獲悉,上述拍賣事項因無人出價已流拍。公司將持續關注本事項的進展情況並及時進行披露。
